I am interested in carbon biogeochemical cycling, ecosystem-atmosphere interactions, and the use of isotopic tracers in environmental materials to study present, past, and future processes.

My research focuses on analyzing energy and greenhouse gas exchanges between coastal wetland ecosystems and the atmosphere using the eddy covariance technique, a direct micrometeorological flux measurement method.

My research explores ecosystem-atmosphere interaction and lateral exchanges in coastal ecosystems. I conduct in situ measurement, laboratory analysis and high frequency dataset modeling to answer these questions.

I specialize in GIS and Data Science, with a strong interest in state of the art Deep Learning architectures and their real-world application.

My research focuses on the ecological impacts of invasive plant removal in salt marsh wetlands, particularly its effects on ecosystem functions such as biodiversity, carbon sequestration, and tidal-flat surface stability.
